Actor Salman Khan’s private life has always been a subject of much sensational discussion. One of his well-known relationships was with Sangeeta Bijlani. They dated for over a decade, and were even on the verge of getting married. Sangeeta married cricketer Mohammed Azharuddin and quit her career in Bollywood. Long long ago, a young Salman Khan fell in love with Bollywood actress Sangeeta Bijlani. The couple dated for more than 10 years and were on the verge of getting married before they parted ways.
According to reports, Salman and Sangeeta had also decided on a date for the wedding on May 27, 1994. In an interview held in 1993, Salman had said, “Yes, I plan to marry. When the time comes, I will. It could be to Sangeeta (Bijlani) or to anybody else.” It was said that the wedding invites were alsoprinted.
It was then reported that Salman Khan was allegedly caught red-handed with another woman which he and Sangeeta were in a relationship. Not just that, Salman's non-committal nature, Sangeeta, called off the wedding a few days before the ceremony.
